As we are selling downloadable products and as we cannot restrict you from not downloading or deleting your downloaded file, that's why no refund will be possible. All sales are final just when you receive the product.

  • We will verify that the product was not successfully delivered to you
  • If we confirm non-delivery, you will receive a full refund
